Molly Gidley brings a strong foundation in strategic communications partnered with a passion for driving impactful narratives. With over 10 years of experience in public relations and marketing, she has successfully crafted campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences, bridging the gap between clients and their stakeholders.  

Molly’s experience includes working with nonprofit organizations and public health institutions to enhance their visibility and influence, as well as supporting corporate clients in developing their brand and navigating complex communication landscapes. She believes that strong communication lies at the heart of successful organizations and effective management. Her professional philosophy revolves around the idea that every story is an opportunity to connect and inspire.

She leads with a vision of community impact combined with a collaborative culture and a strong dedication to supporting clients as they navigate their unique challenges. She is proud to contribute to transforming community dialogues, ultimately fostering positive change through thoughtful communication. 

Molly graduated from Appalachian State University in her home state of North Carolina, where she received her bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations along with minors in Marketing and Non-Profit Management. She moved to Colorado in 2017 and enjoys exploring the outdoors and all the adventures the Rocky Mountains have to offer.
