Sid Bittman

ASSOCIATE

Sid Bittman helps clients and consultant teams achieve success through a variety of communications, coordination and project support functions. He also provides support to GBSM’s executive leadership.

Sid has extensive experience in editing, content development and communications for both non-profit and private-sector organizations. He also is adept at community navigation and direct service throughout the Boulder and Denver metropolitan areas.

Prior to joining GBSM Sid worked with the International Rescue Committee in Denver. In this role he helped establish impactful psychosocial and educational programming for refugee, asylee, and asylum-seeking youth. He also conducted program design and outreach to enhance workplace safety and protect workers’ rights.

Sid also has experience as an editor, copywriter and project manager at a content creation business specializing in the legal industry. He has also facilitated communications for international development, educational and political organizations.

Sid holds a bachelor’s degree in international affairs and a master’s in linguistics, both of which were earned from the University of Colorado Boulder. Sid has a passion for storytelling and for language as a whole, particularly its boundless potential as a collaborative tool for communication within and across communities.
